Frontier Airlines (NASDAQ: FRNT) today announced that D. Dale Browning has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. The announcement followed a special election held by the Board after Frontier's annual shareholder's meeting today. Browning has served on the Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. Board since 1996 in various capacities including Chairman of the Compensation Committee and as Chairman of the Audit Committee for the past four years.
